Martine has had an active lifestyle since the day she could walk thanks to both of her parents being personal trainers. Growing up she has competed in track & field, as well as long distance running in cross country. After sustaining a severe leg injury, she pivoted her focus to strength training, mobility, and the importance of having a balanced and properly fueled lifestyle. She is certified through NASM with a focus in nutrition and corrective exercise. Her passion in life is to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals through her customized training and to feel their very best!
